Hahaha Haha
I am very disappointed in the service especially the cashier. I went to the counter to ask if they have stock for the shoe that I passed to her and she nodded(either said yes or nodded). I was actually happy when she said it but after a while, she told me there isn’t stock for it anymore and asked if I want the shoe on the display instead. At this point I was a bit disappointed that she got my hopes up. She also asked if I want the shoe on display, it sounds a bit rude to me because of her attitude and the way she spoke to me. She gave that unwillingness look on her face when talking to me. I mean if you come here to work, you are expected to help us and not to be mean to us. This gave me an immediate bad experience that I actually didn’t want to buy it anymore. But since it was my birthday and it’s late so we decided to buy another shoe instead. Honestly speaking I didn’t like the other colours on the display and asked if there are other colours of that shoe that aren’t on the display. Maybe it’s because it’s late and she is already tired so she actually mistook my question and I have to clarify with her many times because she thinks she understood my question till I phrase it in another way then she got it. I know she is tired but at least show some respect please, I am very displeased and disappointed in this service and I hope to get an answer back from them. I would have given 0 stars in fact but since the shoe quality is not bad, I agree with 1 star instead. I hope this experience wouldn’t repeat and it’s quite a big concern especially in sales and marketing.
