I have always been a loyal customer of TOG and recently bought a PS5 controller from your store. Unfortunately, my experience with your staff member Ronald was very disappointing. Ronald displayed a clear attitude problem — he looked unhappy to serve, uninterested in assisting customers, and showed no professionalism throughout the interaction. This is not what I expect from TOG, a brand I have supported for years. Honestly, if I see him again next time, I will not buy anything. This behaviour directly affects customer confidence and will drive loyal customers away. I hope TOG management takes this seriously. Your products are great, but frontline staff like Ronald can severely damage the TOG experience and reputation.
