SAFRA Jurong opens its Deepavali 2026 display on the Level 2 atrium from 26 October to 10 November 2026. The club's trunk is textiles, built with Indian Heritage Centre. Club hours are 9am to 9pm daily at 333 Boon Lay Way, a short walk from Boon Lay MRT. This is the west civic stop for the Festival of Lights.
The official SAFRA page lists seven clubs. Jurong carries the Textiles Trade Trunk. Choa Chu Kang and Toa Payoh share Indian Festivals and Celebrations. Mount Faber has the spice grinder, Punggol the goldsmith, Tampines the flower shop. Yishun runs a split window, 25 to 28 October and 6 to 10 November. If your Saturday is already in the west, Jurong is the trunk that matches a Boon Lay trip.
NSMan magazine on 1 October described the same programme: exhibitions on Indian trades of the past, garland makers, spice grinders, goldsmiths, dhobis and textile traders. The Jurong trunk is the textile story. Read the labels on the floor. The official page lists no mithai stall.
Three items on the same page are marked SAFRA members exclusive. Crack The Code is a quiz on Deepavali traditions, culture and heritage. It runs 26 October to 10 November, closing at 2359 hrs. One entry per member through the SAFRA app or m.safra.sg. 105 unique lucky winners, 15 per club, each a S$10 SAFRA Rewards Voucher. Winners get email by 24 November.
Spice It Right is a smell test of spices used in Indian cooking. Scan the poster QR at the Customer Service Counter, score 100 percent, then show the completed page to staff. Screenshots fail. First 100 members per club, one redemption each, while stocks last. You have to stand at the counter.
The Indian Heritage Centre guided tour is 7 November, 2pm to 4.30pm. Registration opened 9 October and closes 2 November. S$6 per person with two-way transport from the club, pick-up 1.45pm, 20 pax per club. S$2 per person if you meet at the Centre, 12 pax per club. The goodie bag is listed at S$40: a Jolly Jungle parent-child ticket, an EnergyOne one-day trial, a SAFRA sports towel and a Yeo's drink, plus an IHC magnet and activity booklet. Play, the children's space at IHC, includes saree tying and peacock and tealight crafts. Book it as a member at the club.
Share The Cheer is the open card drop. Each club has a different Deepavali message card. First 200 redemptions per club. Pick one and pass it on. That is the whole activity.
Vendor promotions listed under SAFRA Deepavali 2026 sit at Tampines and Punggol. Free weekday lunchtime parking at SAFRA Jurong, 12pm to 2pm, runs through 31 March 2027, weekdays except public holidays, no minimum spend. Useful if you already drive for lunch at Jack's Place or Springleaf on Level 2.
Deepavali itself falls on Sunday 8 November 2026, with Monday 9 November a public holiday. The exhibition stays up through 10 November. Jurong Point's atrium is a separate mall calendar. For Jurong Deepavali questions, SAFRA lists Hazel at shazel@safra.sg. The club desk is jrclub@safra.sg, +65 6329 5996.
If you are not a member, treat the atrium display as the visit and confirm access at the door. Gym, pool, Kidz Amaze and the contests stay behind membership. The textile trunk is the reason to come west this fortnight.
